Your generous support will help the Foundation expand the frontiers of real estate research, assist qualified students preparing for productive careers in the real estate field, and increase the ability of both the private and public sectors to meet the real estate needs of the people of Illinois. You can help qualified students prepare for productive careers in real estate and help Illinois real estate professionals fulfill their educational dreams.

The Foundation’s support of advanced real estate knowledge includes special projects and programs. For example, the initial funding to establish the Office of Real Estate Research (ORER) at the University of Illinois was provided through grants from the foundation. Research projects conducted and commissioned by ORER are developing a new understanding of the social, political, and economic issues which affect the real estate related interests of the citizens of Illinois.
